Duplicate Site Permit

Description:

A Duplicate Site Permit is a copy of the original site or land permit issued by the concerned authority in case the original is lost, damaged, or misplaced. It allows the landowner or applicant to continue construction or land-related activities legally without interruption.

Required Documents:

  1. Copy of FIR / General Diary Entry (in case of loss/theft) or Damaged / Torn Copy of Original Permit
  2. Any one identity proof – Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Driving License
  3. Recent Passport Size Photograph of Applicant

Optional Documents:

  • Photocopy of Original Permit (if available)

Issuing Authority: Deputy Commissioner or delegated authority by DC

Time Limit: 30 to 60 days
