Required Documents:
Any one Proof of Identity: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.
Any one Proof of Residence: Aadhaar, PRC, Voter ID, Utility Bill, Ration Card
Any one Proof of Income:
For Salaried Individuals: Employer Certificate / Salary Slip
For Non-Salaried Persons: Affidavit of the income (Self Declared Income)
For Business and other self-employed people: Income Tax Returns Document
Optional Documents:
Birth Proof – Birth Certificate (In case of Minor)
Time Limit: 2 to 5 working days
Issuing Authority:
Eligible officer for making Income Certificates: SDO (Civil) and above
